Tattoo Deposit & Appointment Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SCHEDULING.
Deposits & Scheduling
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment unless your artist specifies otherwise. Appointments are first come, first served and are not reserved until your deposit is received.
Pay by debit or credit card over the phone at (608) 819-6410, or stop in during business hours to pay cash.
Deposits are applied to the final cost of your tattoo, or the final session for multi-session hourly work.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. One reschedule is allowed with proper notice, and your deposit transfers to that new appointment. Canceling or rescheduling the second appointment requires a new deposit. Late cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit at your artist’s discretion.
Design Changes
Small changes can generally be made on appointment day. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for major changes to your tattoo concept. Significant last-minute changes may require rescheduling or a new deposit and may result in forfeiture of your original deposit at your artist’s discretion.
No-Call, No-Show
Missing your appointment without contacting us automatically forfeits your deposit. Your artist may also decline to schedule future appointments.
